After successfully creating, baking and running her own small organic bakery, Rosemary has now turned her skills to preparing delicious and nourishing food for her guests at Pendyffryn.
Breakfast, packed lunches and Afternoon Tea are made using local and organic produce whenever possible.
Organic flours used for home baked bread, pastries and cakes are supplied by St Dogmael’s Mill near Cardigan.
Breakfast
Full Welsh, vegetarian and Continental breakfast are available with a choice of cereals, fruit juice and homemade marmalade.
There are weekly specials :-
- Pancakes and Canadian Maple Syrup
- Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and Irish Soda Bread
- Creamy porridge and Kippers
- Glamorgan Sausages and fruit chutney
Packed Lunches
Choose from pasties and pies, various salads, sandwiches, cakes and fresh fruit, juice, bottled water or fill up your flask.
Afternoon Tea
Served on the south-facing terrace or guest’s dining/sitting room, you will be served a selection of freshly made sandwiches, cakes and cookies, scones, cream and preserves. Our menu includes such favourites as Lemon Meringue Pie, Victoria Sponge Cake, Sticky Toffee Cake and traditional Bara Brith and Welshcakes.
We have a variety of regular and decaff teas and coffees, herbal and fruit teas.
With advance notice we can cater for most dietary needs.
