creating, baking and running her own small organic bakery, Rosemary has
now turned her skills to preparing delicious and nourishing food for
her guests at Pendyffryn.
Breakfast, packed lunches and Afternoon Tea are made using local and
organic produce whenever possible.
Full Welsh, Vegetarian and Continental
breakfast are available with a choice of cereals, fruit juice and
homemade marmalade and jams.
There are weekly specials :-
- Pancakes and Canadian Maple Syrup
- Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and Irish
- Creamy porridge
Choose from pasties and pies, various salads, sandwiches, cakes and
fresh fruit, juice, bottled water or fill up your flask.
Served on the south-facing terrace or guest’s dining/sitting room, you
will be served a selection of freshly made sandwiches, cakes and
cookies, scones, cream and preserves. Our menu includes such favourites
as Lemon Meringue Pie, Victoria Sponge Cake, Sticky Toffee Cake and
traditional Bara Brith and Welshcakes.
