From £75 double occupancy per night.
From £50 single occupancy per night.
For a stay of a single night only, there will be a supplement of £5 per person.
 
50% deposit is required to secure your booking with balance payable on arrival.
 
We’re sorry we do not take credit/debit cards as yet so payment is by cash or cheque.

Booking terms and conditions
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of your booking and confirmed in writing by us on your booking confirmation, Bed and Breakfast stays at Pendyffryn are on the following terms and conditions:
1.	Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking by sending a deposit of 50% of the total booking value. This deposit is refundable under the Cancellation Terms detailed below.
2.	The balance for your booking to be paid on arrival, by cash or cheque (with an appropriate guarantee card). Payment for any optional services (packed lunches etc) to be settled on departure.
3	Cancellations:
	Cancellation Notification more than 4 weeks prior to holiday start date:
	If the cancellation is notified to us more than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a £15 administration charge.
	Cancellation Notification less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date:
	If notice of the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let the room(s) for the same period, the deposit will be retained. Where the room(s) is re-let, the deposit of 50% will be returned, less a £15 administration charge.
	We would advise you to consider taking out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy.
4.	Your room will be available to you by 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.
